I just read about the sad fate of the the Orange Roughy: Decimitad beyond recovery - as they get soo old (est. 150y) and live soo slow they reproduce very slowly. Most of the fish eaten today were probably born before WWI.

Anyway.. me likes it =D

Mr. Ackbar?
The Humanimal series continues to amaze.

It's cool that you were inspired by Julien's photo as well. It's nice to be part of such a creative community where artists inspire and support one another.

thank you very much!when i saw the photo from *The-Mirrorball-Man,
it was clear i had to use it right away!
because of the name "the great rift", i wanted to draw a deep sea-anglerfish first, but decided it woul be too grimm for this colourfull scene. :)
hehe...cpt. ackbar....almost forgot him^^
